I had a lovely stay at this resort spa, where the clean and comfy rooms offered breathtaking views. The service was outstanding, and I appreciated how the staff went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. However, I did face some challenges with the noise levels from neighboring rooms, and I expected better amenities in terms of dining options. Overall, it was a great getaway for a relaxing vacation despite a few hiccups.
I was really looking forward to my stay, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The room we had was far from what I expected—yes, it was clean, but the mattress was rock hard and made for sleepless nights. The location is decent for access to ski slopes, but it could definitely be more convenient for shops and dining options. On a positive note, the heater worked well, and the breakfast was decent, so not all was lost. Just don’t expect too much in terms of comfort during your stay.
I had a good stay overall, with comfortable bedding and decent amenities. The check-in process could use some improvement, as there were some complications with receiving the entry code. The location is quite nice, being a bit quieter and still close to local shops. However, I feel like the room could have been better utilized for family stays, and the lack of reception hours during off-peak season was a bit inconvenient.
My stay at the hotel was very pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for families. The self-check-in process was a bit unconventional but worked out fine in the end. However, the absence of staff on site felt awkward at times. The location was excellent, close to town but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep.
My stay at the resort was quite mixed. On one hand, I found the Alpine Resort Motel to be clean, cozy, and an exceptional value for money, with the staff going above and beyond to assist me. On the other hand, I did encounter some issues with my room smelling strongly due to cleaning products, and there was a significant road closure that affected my travel plans without prior notice. Overall, it's a decent place, but improvements in communication and room conditions are definitely needed.
